Use of the website
The LOQORA® website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. By using this website you agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its normal operation.
Services
Operational automation services are delivered under a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees and service levels. Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and may be adjusted on a per-deployment basis.
Intellectual property
LOQORA®, its name, logo, Flows naming convention and underlying automation systems are property of LOQORA® and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Liability
LOQORA® works to maintain reliable systems but does not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms used in deployments (messaging APIs, CRM systems, calendar providers, etc.).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of incorporation of LOQORA®. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
